From “Ghost” to “Scandal” to “Law & Order”: Tony Goldwyn chats latest chapter
Actor Tony Goldwyn has played a little bit of everything in his many years in Hollywood—from a memorable role in the iconic film ‘Ghost,’ to becoming one of TV’s most talked-about presidents in ‘Scandal.’ Now, fans can catch him in the courtroom for another season of ‘Law & Order.’ The long-running crime drama has returned for its 26th season with more complicated cases, intense courtroom moments and the kind of twists that keep viewers coming back for more. Goldwyn joined the ‘Law & Order’ universe as District Attorney Nicholas Baxter, bringing his own perspective to the high-stakes world of New York City justice. And while he may be used to playing powerful characters, stepping into the world of ‘Law & Order’ brings its own challenges. With a career spanning decades as an actor, director and producer, Goldwyn has built an impressive résumé across film and television. Beyond ‘Ghost’ and ‘Scandal,’ he’s taken on a wide range of roles, including ‘Hacks,’ ‘Oppenheimer,’ and plenty more. The new season of ‘Law & Order’ airs Thursdays at 9pm, right here on KPRC 2.
