Explore the 'Gallery of Wonder' at Children's Museum Houston | Houston Life has a first look inside

Children’s Museum Houston and Houston Life are giving you a first look inside the Gallery of Wonder. The vibrant new space for little learners, designed for infants to 5-year-olds, encourages children and their parents and caregivers to connect and learn through play. The 9,500 gallery features five immersive exhibits: Tot*Spot - This space has been reimagined with an oversized garden, buzzing beehive, meandering path and lots of soft surfaces and rounded corners that provide a safe place for the youngest children to learn. Into the Woods - Climb up into a tree and slide down to a sweet little campsite! This mini forest of imagination is perfect for energetic little ones. Under the Waves - Explore tunnels and find sea creatures hiding in nooks in this special area designed with calming, sensory-friendly lights, sounds and water displays. Viva Village - Calling all little helpers! Viva Village encourages children to learn through play as they groom toy pets, cook in the play kitchen and run errands at the market. Kids can imagine themselves running a household and even their own business. Treetop Terrace - Opening soon! We can’t wait to see this breezy outdoor space where children can drive little cars and run around with new friends!
