HBCU culture, music, and tradition on full display for the National Battle of the Bands

They call it the Super Bowl of band culture from America's historically black colleges and universities. For the 11th year the Pepsi National Battle of the Bands is happening in Houston. We sat down with the executive director to learn about the action-packed lineup families can enjoy this year.
