At the Crawfish Café in Pearland, TX, the crawfish arrive daily from Louisiana. Crawfish Café owner Kiet Duong took Houston Life’s Melanie Camp for a behind-the-scenes look inside the kitchen to see how the restaurant prepares its Viet Cajun-style crawfish boil, which is so popular among many in Houston.
