October 8 will mark three decades since actor Robert De Niro convinced Chef Nobu Matsuhisa to open the first ever Nobu Restaurant in Tribeca, New York City. Now with restaurants worldwide, The Nobu brand has continued to shape the traditional Japanese dining experience globally by staying true to the "Nobu Way,” leaning into traditional techniques taught by Chef Nobu, himself.
