Nearly 20 years ago Candace Nelson and her husband Charles co-founded Sprinkles Cupcakes. Today, the company has sold more than 200 million cupcakes worldwide and Candace has published several books, appeared on multiple TV shows, and she co-founded Pizzana, a rapidly-growing pizzeria chain that just opened in Houston.
