Eli Lilly caps the cost of insulin at $35 a month, bringing relief for millions

Eli Lilly will cut prices for some older insulins later this year and immediately expand a cap on costs insured patients pay to fill prescriptions. WNBC's Adam Harding spoke with people who say it's a step in the right direction.
