Surprise! KPRC 2 & American Furniture Warehouse award Stratford HS senior with college scholarship

Elizabeth Swoboda, a senior at Stratford High School, is the tenth KPRC 2-American Furniture Warehouse Senior Scholarship winner from the class of 2026. Stratford High School is part of the Spring Branch Independent School District.  An aspiring journalist, Swoboda is active in her school’s broadcast journalism classes and the Stratford Playhouse Theatre. She is involved with several organizations including the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Women in S.T.E.M. and I.G.N.I.T.E.
