NYC Pastry chef Caroline Schiff lights up the stage with a show-stopping Baked Alaska

It's a dessert spectacle that's hot and cold - literally! Schiff demonstrated how to make a crowd-pleasing Baked Alaska with ice cream you can buy at the store. The demonstration was done on the Yeti Culinary Stage at Southern Smoke Festival in downtown Houston.
