Pitmaster Rodney Scott serves his crave-worthy King St. Corn at Houston's Southern Smoke Festival

Scott was one of several elite chefs to take part in the 2025 Southern Smoke Foundation's annual festival and fundraiser. The organization's co-founder is "Eat Like a Local" host Chris Shepherd whose show can be seen each Saturday at 10 a.m. on KPRC 2. YouTube star and chef Brad Leone served as host of the cooking demos on the Yeti Culinary Stage at this year's festival at Discovery Green Park.
