Houston's own Aaron Bludorn takes the Discovery Green stage with a mouthwatering pan-fried flounder
Bludorn was the first elite chef on the Yeti Culinary Stage at the 2025 Southern Smoke Festival. In additional to flounder, he also whipped up a delicious wild mushroom risotto. The demonstrations in downtown Houston were hosted by chef, YouTube personality, and New York Times bestselling author Brad Leone.
