MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – IH-69 northbound at SH-242 in Montgomery County is back open after a hazmat spill and crash that involved four vehicles Tuesday, according to Houston TranStar.

Authorities have not said what caused the crash or what substance spilled on the roadways.
