HOUSTON – Traffic is back to normal on IH-69 Eastex Freeway southbound at Tidwell Road after a crash involving three vehicles on Monday, according to TranStar.
The left shoulder, left lane and center lane were closed as officials worked to clear the crash. They have since reopened.
