11-vehicle crash causes major delays on Fred Hartman Bridge, officials say

BAYTOWN, Texas – A crash involving 11 vehicles is causing major delays on Fred Hartman Bridge, officials said Wednesday.

The La Porte Office of Emergency Management said the accident happened in the northbound lanes.

Drivers can expect heavy delays until the accident is cleared.

Officials have recommended drivers seek an alternate route, if possible.
