I-45 HOV lane reopens at Louisiana after crash

HOUSTON – A crash blocked the HOV lane of Interstate 45 near Louisiana Street near downtown Houston on Thursday morning.

The crash was forcing vehicles to exit at Milam Street.

The lane reopened just before 8:30 a.m.
