Conroe Municipal Court Judge William Waggoner has released a statement following his arrest and charges of driving while intoxicated and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

KPRC 2 has learned Judge William Waggoner was also disciplined in the military for DUI.

Montgomery Police Department arrested Judge William Waggoner last week for driving while under the influence and according to a search warrant, he told the officer to 'be aware that he is a judge.'
