Conroe Judge William Waggoner pleads guilty to a December DWI charge.

The Conroe Municipal Court Judge arrested last month on a driving while intoxicated charge declined to answer questions about his criminal history as he walked in to a campaign meet-and-greet event for justice of the peace in precinct one.

Court documents reveal the Conroe Judge was arrested a second time during his probation in 2018.

KPRC 2 has learned Judge William Waggoner was also disciplined in the military for DUI.

Montgomery Police Department arrested Judge William Waggoner last week for driving while under the influence and according to a search warrant, he told the officer to 'be aware that he is a judge.'
