The Harris County District Attorney's office has issued new guidance stating it will not accept charges for individuals found with vape pens suspected of containing THC due to limitations in current lab testing, which cannot determine the origin or precise concentration of THC in the liquid.

The new law is one of the toughest in the country regarding vaping, essentially eliminating the disposable vape category until it’s from U.S. manufacturers.
