The communications tower that went down in Sunday night’s fiery Houston helicopter crash was initially built in 1987, Federal Communications Commission records show.

Intel is terminating a $5.4 billion agreement to acquire Israeli chip manufacturer Tower Semiconductor after China failed to sign off on the deal amid deteriorating US-China relations.

Intel said it is buying Israeli company Tower Semiconductor for $5.4 billion in a deal that could give the California chipmaking giant an edge in the business of making custom-designed chips.

He painted it after the January 1943 Casablanca Conference, where Churchill and Roosevelt planned the defeat of Nazi Germany. He said Churchill captured the view in the “wonderful, evocative painting” and gave it to Roosevelt as a memento of the trip.
