The announcement late Tuesday was a formality because the takeover was approved in November. The new owners have big plans for Wrexham, which plays in the fifth tier of English soccer, and announced a $2.7 million equity investment. Formed in 1864, Wrexham had been a fan-owned club since 2011.

In a recent call with members of the clubโs supportersโ trust, Reynolds and McElhenney described Wrexham as a โsleeping giantโ and outlined their vision to make the team a โglobal force". Amazon Prime was among the first to reply to Wrexham's takeover announcement on Twitter, sending its congratulations to the actors. โThe Gang Buys A North Walian Football Club,โ read a tweet from Wrexham, a club from a town of about 65,000 people located near the northwest English border.

After a devasting weekend without a special bear that contains a final recording from her mother, Mara Soriano has been reunited with her Mama Bear.CBC first reported the bear was stolen along with her designer handbag while Soriano was moving apartments on July 24 in Vancouver. Soriano took to Twitter the next day to ask for help finding her the custom Build-A-Bear, which contains a recording from her mom saying I love you.
