A 14-year-old bicyclist is in critical condition after being struck by a Jeep Wrangler while attempting to cross Highway 6 near Pebble Lake Drive in northwest Harris County at 11:15 p.m. The driver remained on the scene, cooperated with authorities, and showed no signs of intoxication.
