British police have arrested a 27-year-old woman on suspicion of child neglect after four children died in a fire that ripped through a home in south London.

Around 100 firefighters appeared to have brought under control a big fire near the central London train station of Elephant and Castle that sent huge plumes of black smoke over the capital.
