Samone Dionne Emerson, 42, faces felony charges for allegedly hindering the arrest and tampering with evidence related to Johna Robinson, 49, a murder suspect in Houston. Robinson, accused of killing Terribia Dembry on February 24, was mistakenly released before murder charges were filed, later apprehended on March 13. Both Emerson and Robinson are set to appear in court on Monday.

Hours after Houston police announced that a suspect had been arrested and charged in a murder earlier this week, KPRC 2 News confirmed that the suspect had actually been released on bond hours before the murder charge was filed.
