But the agreement buckled immediately, with both Armenia and Azerbaijan accusing each other of breaching it with continued attacks. Erdogan spokesman Ibrahim Kalin said an in interview Tuesday that Ankara would favor four-way peace talks involving Russia, Turkey, Armenia and Azerbaijan.
