Justin Guzman, 22, turned himself in to police Monday and is the second person to be arrested and appeared in Probable Cause Court overnight, where they alleged he fired 10 shots in the Galleria Mall parking garage, killing Anthony Sanders, 30.

Marko Cinan, 23, has been charged with murder for the shooting death of Anthony Sanders, 30, in a parking garage near the Galleria on June 3.
