Marcus Fernandez is now facing a murder charge, accused of stabbing 16-year-old Franklin Torres-Concho. Torres-Concho’s body was found around 8 a.m. on September 30, 2025 along the Katy Freeway service road in the Heights.

Houston Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a person of interest connected to the stabbing death of 16-year-old Franklin Torres-Concho. His body was found in September near the Katy Freeway-West Interstate Highway 10 service road.
