New DNA technology is bringing renewed attention to a 45-year-old Christmas Day double murder in Houston. The Texas Department of Public Safety says evidence in the 1980 killings of Estella and Andrew Salinas has been submitted for modern analysis, and a $6,000 reward is now being offered for information leading to an arrest.
