A 58-year-old Houston woman has been charged, two weeks after authorities uncovered an active rooster-fighting ring behind a north Houston business.

Deputies said they found the ring behind a business that was advertising for tacos and drinks.

The Harris County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office said one person was arrested and multiple citations were issued after investigators discovered cockfighting was happening on a property.
