Pepsi has a new challenge: Keeping products like Gatorade and Cheetos vivid and colorful without the artificial dyes that U.S. consumers are increasingly rejecting.

The Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) lead meteorologist told board members the pattern this winter appears more likely to support an extreme cold event.
