Philanthropic foundations have made some new commitments at the U.N. climate conference in Egypt over the past two weeks.

Charitable giving to organizations that work to slow climate change have increased in the past year, and many more groups are receiving funds than just a few years ago.

The grant will continue groundbreaking environmental justice initiatives led by Dr. Robert Bullard, a distinguished TSU professor known as the “father of environmental justice.”
