The Texans released former New England Patriots offensive guard Sidy Sow on Monday.

At Tulane, he was a first-team all-conference selection.

His father, Derrick Graham Sr., played nine seasons in the NFL for the Raiders, Seattle Seahawks and Kansas City Chiefs.

A true freshman starter at Troy as a right tackle, Graham allowed just two sacks in 432 pass blocking situations for the fourth-fewest nationally by a freshman. He graded out a 74.3 percent as a pass blocker, per Pro Football Focus.
