KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Texans star wide receiver Nico Collins was paid a visit by the NFL fine police.
The league fined the Pro Bowl selection $14,491 for unsportsmanlike conduct.

It was for a ‘violent gesture,’ according to the NFL, which has made it a point of emphasis.
After a 29-yard reception in the fourth quarter of a 20-16 win, Collins celebrated by spinning the football and then doing what appeared to be an innocuous finger-gun motion.
