HOUSTON – Texans nickel Jalen Pitre, one of the most active players in the community, spent his Tuesday giving back.

In advance of the Thanksgiving holiday, Pitre, his Pitre Boyz charitable foundation and Bethel’s Heavenly Hands teamed up to raise more than $117,000 to provide ‘Boxes of Love’ and turkeys to Houston area families in need. Inside the boxes: all of the ingredients for a Thanksgiving meal.
