HOUSTON – University of Miami tight end Elijah Arroyo visited the Texans on Monday, according to a league source.

Arroyo visits the Cleveland Browns on Tuesday and the New York Giants on Wednesday.

The Frisco native, a 6-foot-5, 250-pound Hurricanes standout, bench pressed 225 pounds 22 times.

He was a second-team all-conference selection last season as he started 13 games. He caught 35 passes for 590 yards and seven touchdowns in his first full healthy season.

Arroyo overcame knee injuries in 2022 and 2023, regaining his mobility last season.

Arroyo’s family moved from Miami to Mexico when he was six years old.
