'This guy is drunk:' Kevin Harlan's play-by-play of fan running on field is epic

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – Monday night's game between the San Francisco 49ers and the Los Angeles Rams was not good. In fact, it was the worst game of the first week of the season, and it might be dubbed as the worst of the entire season. But the highlight of the game came when Kevin Harlan did a play-by-play of a fan running onto the field.

The 49ers shutout the Rams 28-0 at Levi's Stadium. Colin Kaepernick kneeled during the national anthem again, but the only thing people will be talking about will be the epic play-by-play when a man, who appeared to be intoxicated, ran on the field in the fourth quarter.

People on social media are giving major props to Harlan's call.

"Hey, somebody has run out onto the field. Some goofball in a hat and a red shirt. Now he takes off the shirt. He's running down the middle by the 50!" Harlan said.

"He's bare chested and banging his chest!"

The camera didn't show the man running around on the field, instead it showed Rams' coach Jeff Fisher who looked unimpressed, especially since his team was losing so badly.

Security eventually tackled the man at the 40-yard line.

"This play-by-play by Kevin Harlan of the fan running on the field is the greatest thing ever. OMG," Eddie Maisonet, III tweeted.

Harlan's daughter, Olivia Harlan, jumped in about her father's call.

"I know my Dad said something great on MNF @WestwoodOne radio when my Twitter blows up. Dad, you're in midseason form," Olivia wrote.

"That was the most exciting thing to happen tonight," Harlan said.
