Daily Craig: Whiskey Tango Hotel

We just can't leave things alone. First I congratulate TBS for having not 2, not 3,  but 8 guys telling us what we had just seen. ESPN threw in another 12 experts telling us what we saw. Then yesterday, every sports network in the world (at last count there were 113) asked us 2 questions?  Was the VILLANOVA game the best final ever?  Should North Carolina have had a better plan to stop the last shot . Why were they asking those questions?  Because that is what they do. They can't leave GREAT ALONE. There was no need to question the ending.I avoided the local radio talk shows because they were all trying to figure out what to do with THE THIRD STRING QB or some other RIVETING FOOTBALL ISSUE. Hey, it is April.  I know it's draft season but enough with the TEXANS.

It was the best Game of any sort inside the big NRG. I also love the economic impact stories. It only had impact if your car is yellow and you charge for rides. It only had impact if you own a hotel or restaurant somewhere in the fashionable midtown, downtown, uptown, around town. If you own a bar that has TV'S AND LIQUOR you  may have done really good business. Other than that, I didn't feel any economic impact at my house with the exception of the mortgage note being due.

To find out how THE NCAA FINAL FOUR helped Houston we only had to read the morning paper. They defined it.  The whole weekend was just a warm up for SUPER BOWL 51. In that case there better be a last second winning touchdown. Now let's get to the real issue at hand. The Astros perfect season.
