The great folks with the HGA spent most of their year planning and preparing for a new Shell Houston Open . They can control most things but not mother nature.
The rain came and halted play at 1:27 on Thursday afternoon with onlt 51 players able to finish their first round.
Play will resume at 7:30am Friday morning and then the 2nd round will follow all day and into the evening. They'll get caught up early on Saturday before teeing off in the third round
