This is Sam my adorable Sheltie that I adopted. I trained him to be a therapy dog. He’s now changing the world 4 paws at a time. This is him at Methodist Hospital in front of their Christmas tree. He had just finished visiting patients, visitors and staff and spreading a little Christmas cheer.
