HOUSTON â A Pennsylvania man was arrested, accused of sending sexually explicit texts and videos to a 13-year-old Houston girl.
Matthew Patrick Hooper is charged with online solicitation of a minor.
The victim's mother told police she found disturbing messages from Hooper on her daughter's cell phone, including comments about the victim's bra size.
In the texts, police said Hooper also described drinking his own urine and expressed a desire to drink the victim's urine.
Hooper also told the victim he wears diapers whenever possible because he enjoys sitting in soiled diapers, police said.
According to court documents, Hooper also sent graphic videos to the victim.
Police said they used Hooper's IP address to track him down and arrest him at his home in Pennsylvania.
