‘Look before you leap’: Fulshear police officers wrangle alligator out of resident’s pool

FULSHEAR, Texas – Fulshear Police have a message as pool season arrives, look before you leap.

That message is shared after officers had to wrangle a small alligator out of a resident’s pool.

The department shared body-cam video of the capture. In it, you can see the small alligator that decided to take a swim in the pool.

After several attempts, one officer was able to get control over the gator and remove it from the pool.

The reptile was then placed into the back of a patrol car.
