5-year-old found deceased in Missouri City lake

MISSOURI CITY, Texas – Missouri City Police tell KPRC 2 that the child with autism was reported missing a little after 11 am this morning on Coral Rocks Court in the Lake Shore Harbor neighborhood.
The child was found about an hour and a half later in a lake near the child’s home.
They say the child was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Detectives are working with the Fort Bend County Medical Examiner’s Office to figure out how this happened.
