Thunderstorms force ground stop at Houston’s Bush Intercontinental Airport

HOUSTON – Thunderstorms in the area have forced a ground stop at Houston’s Bush Intercontinental Airport.
The FAA says the ground stop has been extended until 8 p.m.
A cluster of thunderstorms is moving across the northern parts of Harris County. These storms are producing a lot of lightning, very heavy rain, and perhaps some small hail.
