The chief’s son, Tim Webb Jr., is facing multiple felony charges connected to allegations involving minors, according to court records and law enforcement officials.
Records confirm he is facing 13 total charges related to incidents with five separate children.
Webb has been charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child, seven counts of indecency with a child, and four counts related to prostitution of a child.
Authorities say the investigation involves allegations from multiple children, with reported incidents spanning several years. Court documents mention dates from August of 2023 to August of 2025.
Court records allege Webb Jr. forced young girls to do explicit acts on video in exchange for money.
While the current chief Tim Webb Sr. has not been charged, authorities confirm there is a criminal investigation ongoing involving him, although there is no confirmation on whether the investigation is related to the charges against his son.
Another former firefighter, Coleman Pollock, has been charged in a separate but related case.
Sweeny police say Webb and Pollock were neighbors and confirmed investigators are examining a possible connection between the two men, adding that authorities believe the two firefighters exchanged explicit images of victims.
