HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – The northbound lanes on I-45 near Louetta Road are closed due to a fatal crash Thursday night, Harris County Pct. 4 constable deputies say.
Law enforcement are responding to the 20500 block of North Freeway and are urging people to avoid the area.
