Teen shot and killed in Humble area

HARRIS COUNTY – Homicide detectives are investigating a fatal shooting at an apartment complex in northeast Harris County.

Someone called 911 around 2:45 p.m. requesting an ambulance at 9310 North Sam Houston Parkway E near Wilson Rd.

When crews got to the scene they found a teenager inside an apartment with a gunshot wound. The teen died at the scene.

There were other people inside the apartment at the time of the shooting.

Investigators are trying to determine what happened.
