7-year-old girl found with gunshot wound to the leg in NW Harris County

HOUSTON, Texas – Harris County deputies are investigating after a 7-year-old girl was found shot in northwest Harris County on Tuesday night.

Deputies responded to reports of a child shot at 7302 Alabonson Road around 11 p.m.

When deputies arrived, they said they found the girl with a gunshot wound to the leg. It’s not clear how the girl was shot.
