HOUSTON, Texas – A woman is dead, and her alleged killer is on the run after investigators say an argument between the two led to a deadly stabbing.
Houston police responded to reports of a stabbing on Lyons Avenue and Kress Street around 11:15 p.m. Monday.
When officers arrived, they said they found a woman with stab wounds. According to witnesses, the woman and man were arguing on the street when the man ran up to the woman, stabbed her, and then fled the scene.
The woman was transported to the hospital, where she later died.
The man accused of stabbing her has not yet been captured. The relationship between the woman and the man is unknown, and it’s unclear what led up to the argument and deadly stabbing.
