Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion’s foundation partnered with Walmart this week to provide Thanksgiving meals and essential items to nearly 2,000 underserved families in Texas.
Through the Pete & Thomas Foundation, the Pearland High School and TSU alum hosted a Thanksgiving Turkey Drive in Dallas at Crossroads Community Services.

They distributed turkeys, vegetables, sides, desserts, and $50 Walmart gift cards to more than 1,200 families.
Earlier in the week, the foundation supported local families by providing a grant to God’s Grace Community Church in Megan’s hometown of Houston. The church distributed turkeys to over 500 families.
The Pete & Thomas Foundation was founded in Feb. 2022 to honor the memory of Megan’s late parents, Holly Thomas and Joseph Pete III.
The nonprofit organization aims to uplift women, children, senior citizens, and underserved communities in Houston and beyond.
Through these Thanksgiving initiatives, the foundation provided close to 2,000 families in Dallas and Houston with food, resources, and support during the holiday season.
