Child-like sex doll found in Conroe child porn suspect’s room

CONROE, Texas – A man has been arrested and charged after deputies say they discovered a child-like sex doll inside his home, along with child porn downloads.

James Howard Richmond was arrested on Oct. 29 after deputies with Montgomery County Precinct 3 investigated reports of child pornography on Howard’s devices.

When deputies searched his home, located in the Imperial Oaks subdivision, they said they found an anatomical sex toy resembling a child in size and stature inside his room, along with several electronics that were taken for testing.

Howard has since been charged with promotion or possession of a child-like sex doll, which is a felony. Deputies say more charges are expected.
