Student injured after scooter struck by vehicle near Dekaney High School
Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded after a student riding a scooter was struck by a vehicle near Dekaney High School. (Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4)
A student was injured Wednesday after being struck by a vehicle while riding a scooter near Dekaney High School , according to Constable Mark Herman’s Office.
The incident happened in the 22000 block of Imperial Valley Drive. Deputies said the student was awake, breathing, and suffered non-life-threatening injuries. EMS treated him at the scene.
The driver of the suspect vehicle, described as a black SUV, stayed on location.
Spring ISD Police Department has taken over the investigation.
