Fire breaks out at egg farm in Wharton County

LANE CITY, Texas – Multiple fire departments responded to a commercial structure fire at an egg farm Wednesday morning.
The fire was reported at Maxim Egg Farm, located on FM 442 in Lane City.
Residents are asked to avoid the area to alleviate further congestion.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
